Why this retreat exists

There are things you can't say in the boardroom

Leading a business is its own kind of pressure. The decisions that keep you up at night. The loneliness at the top. The gap between the leader you want to be and the one you sometimes are.

This retreat exists for exactly that. Three days away from the noise, in a beautiful property, with a small group of leaders who understand the weight you carry. Time to rest, share honestly and reflect on Christian based principles that change how you build and lead when you get home.

This isn't a conference. No keynotes, not pitching no performing. The curriculum is designed to help you discover your calling, your greatness and your full potential.

A French provincial estate in the hills of Trentham, an hour from Melbourne and a world away from everything else. Established English gardens, a roaring fireplace, antique interiors, a pool and barrel sauna, and the kind of stillness the countryside delivers.

Summer House, Jan Juc

A white Hamptons-style retreat minutes from the ocean, with a fire pit circle, barrel sauna, clawfoot baths, and a wrap-around verandah made for morning coffee and honest conversation.

Day One

Arrive & Open

  • 4pm Come As You Are, your story, no performing
  • 5pm WORKSHOP: The PROMISE Principles of Love-Led Leadership
  • 7pm Dinner, wholesome shared meal
  • 9pm The Burning, released around the fire
Day Two

Go Deep

  • 7.30am Morning prayer & journalling
  • 8.30am Breakfast together
  • 10.30am WORKSHOP: Multiply, Love-Led multiplication and heart-led sharing
  • 12pm WORKSHOP: The Expert Chair, guest speaker
  • 2.30pm Nature walk & stillness
  • 5pm WORKSHOP: Declaration Part 1, your 12-month plan and declarations for your business or career over the year
  • 7pm Dinner together
  • 9pm Fire pit evening
Day Three

Leave Ready

  • 7.30am Morning prayer & journalling
  • 8.30am WORKSHOP: 90-day plan, accountability & giving pledge
  • 10am Brunch together
  • 11am Closing prayer, prayed over before you leave
  • 12pm Depart, go home different

An exclusive Day Two culinary experience

At the Summer House, Day Two includes breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by our in-house chef, plus a hands-on cooking experience between 3.30pm and 5pm. Not available at any other venue.

Trentham only

An exclusive Day Two photography experience

At Casa Andante, Day Two includes an afternoon photo shoot between 2.30pm and 5pm, for new headshots and candid shots for your personal brand and leadership portfolio. Not available at any other venue.

Day Two Only

$497 +GST

Can't make the full retreat? Join Day Two only, including the cooking or photography experience, lunch, dinner and optional firepit. No overnight stay.

Payment in full is required 60 days prior to the retreat date, including for anyone on a payment plan. For Bring a Bestie bookings, both participants must be paid in full by the deadline or places may be released.
